and i just got a new bed hoping that the problem was with the old one....but it obviously wasn't that....any ideas?

See a chiroprator!! Also make sure you drink plenty of water through the day. When you don't keep your kidneys flushed out, they will usually ache (ergo low back pain) for a while after you get up in morning!!

I don't believe in chiropractors, personally. Massages help. Also, low back pain is one of the most common conditions and one of the leading causes of physician visits. Also you can take Aleve or Motrin and alternate between ice and heat. Do not overheat. More ice is better! :)
