Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Loss Solution. It explains why you can't just "go on a diet" but have to change your lifestyle permanently. Otherwise, you just end up losing and gaining over and over, which is very harmful.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

honestly, weight watchers. It's very simple to follow, and if you work out approx. 1 hour each day (cardio, slim training, walking, etc.) you can easily shed off the pounds. weight watchers works for any age group, too. if you go to www.weightwatchers.com they even give you recipes. counting points really helped me concentrate and feel good about losing the weight .. and you get results fast! hope this helps you =)
