exercising at a high level of intensity is optimum for both cardiovascular fitness and for fat loss. the greater the intensity of training the higher the resting metabolic rate will be elevated "after" exercise. this is when the "real" fat burning takes place. attempting to target fat loss during the actual exercise session is far from optimum and will produce the most minimal of results even with the best of diets

Fat burns better at a prolonged slower pace. More calories are burned at a faster pace down over a period of time. It all depends on what your goal is.

longer sets at a slower place builds muscle. so if your goal is fat burning, shorter sets at faster paces. (assuming, of course, that you burn the same amount of calories)

good luck :)

Slow pace/longer sets build muscle. Shorter sets don't. Both burn calories. Depends upon your goal.

I've misplaced five pounds in my first week. It's my tenth day and I have incorporated salad with a few protein (eg. egg/ lean chook) as you steered. After four years of making an attempt, the fats is eventually coming off. It real appears like magic! Get began at present!

I think you should do shorter sets at a faster pase because you will burn more calories in one sesson then if you do longer sets at a slower pase!!!
