Im having ALOT of trouble sleeping lately. I cannot fall asleep until around 4 am and then I only sleep til around 8. I cannot use sleep aids b/c my doctor will not prescribe them. I know it has something to do with the fact that I'm in a knee immoboilizer that is Extremely uncomfortable, but if anyone has any suggestions that would be a great help. Its starting to really wear me down. Thanks!

Okay, so.. Like any steretypical teenager, I masturbate. And I have felt in my vagina. My cervix feels extremely close and if I use anything larger than a finger, I hit my cervix and it hurts! I am very aroused when I do this, so it can't be that. Can anyone tell me why I feel so small?

I am a 16 year old girl. And I have never done anything sexual with a guy. And about a year ago I discovered that some of the flesh inside my vagina had started growing out.
It is gross i know but I have never told anyone cause i'm too embarrased.
I'm didn't think it was a desises or anything untill today in health a lady came and told us about a condition called endomatriosis which causes the clitorus to gorw really big and also grow outside the vagina.
I got really scared because That sounded like me except i'm not sure......
Please someone help..What or what could be wrong with me?

I can't seem to find material other than a definition of night terrors. I recently hurt myself "fleeing" from my bed and screaming for my son which thank goodness he didn't hear. I wake up sweating, terrified, with my heart seeming to beat out of my chest. Reading the Bible helps at times, & I do not want to take anymore medication. Has anyone overcome this?

alright i like stubbed it the other week, but it was the most serious stub ever, its hurt this whole week and it swelled up alot more than my other toe, and i just restubbed it, so much pain just when i stub it, not really when i walk

and i can crack it back and worth, kind of weird...but my parents said not much they can do about a broken pinky toe if its not too serious...should i just buddy tape it, ice it, or get it checked out?

I need a breast reduction, by choice, and know that it won't last long with just a "LIFT" to my breasts. I want to find out if anyone has done the reduction and had smaller implants put in during the same surgery as the implants last longer shape/gravity wise compared to just a lift.

My shoulder has been messed up since about 2 weeks prior to spring break. I don't know what I did to it but I can't put a whole lot of weight on it anymore and I tried to bench 140lbs and I couldnt even get 85lbs anymore. It also pops and grinds like crazy when i rotate it. If anyone knows what may be wrong please help me.
