girl yes, broken leg or ankle if she looses her balance.
the guy, broken nose, fracture vertebrae in the neck from the pressure of the girl on is face, rupture spleen, broken ribs abdominal injury, broken sternum, etc.

lol why would you want to do that stunt? it's not even entertaining. i got bored watching it and it was only a minute long. if those were fat girls, er height/weight proportionally challenged girls i'd be more impressed. the girl jumping could perhaps land wrong and twist her ankle. as the jumpee you could suffer broken ribs or a number of other internal abdominal injuries, none of which would feel very good. oh well, good luck on getting a darwin award.

The girls will be scarred for life emotionally. They will be physically abusive to their future boyfriends and husbands.
The guy is already mentally unbalanced. Any physical injury would include internal bleeding, ruptured brain and stomach.
