I think you are confused about what you are seeing. A womans vagina is made up of 2 sets of labia. The outer is the set that you can see all the time. Then there is a set of inner labia-they are just inside the outer set and below the clitoris.
Endometriosis is something that is inside the uterus-not just on the vagina anywhere. It doesn't cause the clitoris to grow in any odd fashion. The clitoris is always on the "outside" of the vagina-meaning not in the birth canal or in the urinary tract. It is just inside the outer set of labia.
For every woman it is different-some women's labia are smaller than others, while some women's tend to protrude out of the outer labia.
Go to a medical website and look at a diagram. You will get a better understanding of your body!

I think you may be talking about your labia minora. This is a small set of small lips that surround your vagina. Look it up on the internet and I am sure there is a picture somewhere.
If you still think you are abnormal, go see a gynecologist at planned parenthood or somewhere and they will let you know what you are seeing.
I am sure you are normal. You do not have endometriosis which causes extreme abdominal pain and grows mostly on the inside of the body and causes painful menses etc....
A clitoris is the bundle of nerves in the very front of the perineum which causes orgasm during sex for a woman. You may not know where this is if you have never masturbated before.
I am a nurse in a hospital and see a lot of vagina's. If you are worried, ask someone you trust your doctor, your mother, your best friend to look and tell you if you are ok down there.

Absolutely nothing is wrong with you..
Some women have (its called labia) up inside and some protrude.. Everyone is different.. Just like the Vulva (the outside of the vagina) some are flat and some are rounded..
Now there are surgeries being done now to shorten them. but as you grow older you will sometimes find it balances out on its own..
And no its not Endometriosis.
Here is a website on just what Endometriosis is..
http://www.4woman.gov/faq/endomet.htm#a
Anyhow back to your question.. don't worry about it and relax its very normal..
If you are very bothered..then ask your family doctor about it..
Preferably your gynecologist...

The clitoris is not inside the vagina. Endometriosis occurs when tissue like that which lines the inside of uterus grows outside the uterus, usually on the surfaces of organs in the pelvic and abdominal areas, in places that it is not supposed to grow.
Maybe it is your labia minora. Graphic pictures here, but see if what you have is in these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labia_minora

Some skin protruding from the vagina is normal ...chances are that is all you are seeing. I don't know who talked at your classes but endometriosis is inside the uterus and rarely continues down the vaginal canal . The clitoris is also NOT inside of the vaginal canal. See this site ..it will help you understand your body better.

Anytime we think we're not normal, it's scary. It's also embarrassing to talk about something so personal. Doctors go to medical school to help people. It's their job to find out what's going on. They will help ease your mind, no one else can do that. Since you're concerned, it's really a good idea to see a doctor.

girl ive seen many vaginas and yes their about like fingerprints, many shapes and sizes. some big and some small. unless were talking about red infected looking area and swelling of the area, to say half a tennis ball sized area or it looks like a hernia and is painful, then its probably just your body growing into itself, many guys like that sort of thing anyway.

Nothing's likely wrong with you. Vaginas come in all shapes, sizes and colors. It's normal, but if you're that concerned, see a gynecologist.

You could go to a clinic and be checked out. It wouldnt cost much. Or make an appointment with a gynocologist. I'm not sure if a gyno. would take you due to your age though, but its worth a shot.
