i have rashes on both sides of my lower thighs what is it it itches and has red dots im always sweating?

im always sweat down there betwween my legs what is it and its mostly just red

sounds like heat rash or hives. could be excema but i doubt it. keep it dry as possible. use cortisone cream and take some benadryl for the itching.

Properly jock itch . Get some spray. Try using some powder down there to stay dry..
