I need a breast reduction, by choice, and know that it won't last long with just a "LIFT" to my breasts. I want to find out if anyone has done the reduction and had smaller implants put in during the same surgery as the implants last longer shape/gravity wise compared to just a lift.

To clarify :o)... I don't have implants now, just natural boobs with years of breast feeding attached. I want to get the lift but at the same time go from a large D back to a C with C implants.

ok. with your added details "I want to get the lift but at the same time go from a large D back to a C with C implants." it almost sounds confusing...

What you mean is you want a reduction with lift, and you want to go down to a C cup.

The reduction will bring you down to a C as well as give you a lift at the same time.

So you won't need implants to make you a C because the reduction with lift will make you a C. Understand?

I had a reduction 4 years years ago. I am 5'7 and weigh approx. 130 lbs. I was a DD, and went to a full B. They were so perky for the first year or so, but now I would like a very very small implant as they skin is starting to loose it's tightness. I know that doesn't seem right, to have them cut off then fake ones put in, but I am seriously thinking about it.
Nothing crazy just a full C to fill them back out a tiny bit.
Having the surgery was the best thing that I've ever done for myself.

Well I got a partial answer.

I did a lift & got bigger implants... that was 1991 & I still look just as good as the day they were had.

Make sure you get a GREAT surgeon - get references - see before & after & contact the same....

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
