My shoulder has been messed up since about 2 weeks prior to spring break. I don't know what I did to it but I can't put a whole lot of weight on it anymore and I tried to bench 140lbs and I couldnt even get 85lbs anymore. It also pops and grinds like crazy when i rotate it. If anyone knows what may be wrong please help me.

Sounds like it could be rotator cuff syndrome. Torn or pulled ligaments or calcium deposits in the shoulder bones. Better see a doctor and maybe he will give you treatments to ease the pain or cortisone shots. Good luck, very painful have had it before.

you have got a rotator cuff problem. I play activities a lot. final hard fall I took I landed on my decrease back and injured my shoulder. i assumed it grew to become right into a tear, went to get an MRI yet found out I even have onset arthritis interior the section. i've got been utilising bands/bungie cords (30-40 lb assessments) and do curls--stretching out my arm to the element and bending my elbow to realize the different shoulder. I did it very gently with purely some reps for a weeks then I have been given better and better the stress & reps. i've got faith a lot greater advantageous. yet, I had a matching sharp discomfort in my shoulder, too. It harm everywhere in that area. Get an XRAY or MRI accomplished and initiate strengthening up that section very slowly, then gradually build as much as better stress. i think of it is going to help. playstation I had issues slumbering, too.

at first i thought it was an ac sprain
but it shouldn't grind and pop like that

it could be dislocated ((pulled out))
or subluxated ((jammed in))

either way
you should see a doctor and possibly a physical therapist
