i an planning to get braces soon and have my first orthodontic appointment tomorrow, and i was wondering if everyone needs spacers before braces? and also can anyone tell me what will happen in my appointment tomorrow? thanx

I'm 17 yrs old and when i get my period i use pads. I've tried to use tampons and some how i cant put it right.

it either falls or its annoying and i feel it inside and it bugs me...

right now i'm in like a big problem because i got my period but i don't remember where are my pads. my mom doesn't get her period so yeah... and she is completely against me using tampons because its for those girls who have had sex, which is false but whatever... and the malls are close and i only have my last pad on me..

so please just give me advices on how to put the tampon right..

and yes ive read the instructions but i dont know what i do wrong.

June of 2006 I fell off a roof and broke my right shoulder, left arm resulting in surgery and multiable broken ribs. Salina Regional Health, a hospital in Salina, Ks never wrapped or administered any type of first aid to my Ribs. I have never healed from that injury. I now don't have insurance do to a divorce. I thought a rib belt or at least a ace bandage should have been protocall.

My son is allergic to benzo's. We tried every single one, and everytime he took it he would swell up bad. The doctor prescribed him Lexapro for his panic attacks but since he can't take the xanax to help him with the Lexapro for the 1st week, he prescribed him Vicodin. A low dose of Vicodin and only 1 bottle with NO refills. But still, will there be any interaction with these two? I know xanax or other benzo's would be best with the Lexapro but he can't take it.

Also, why do people need something with the SSRI when they just start? Usually xanax I know, but why?

I had a filling done between two teeth, is it normal for the area to be sensitive to cold over a month later? At the time I got the filling done, my dentist said the area would be sensitive to cold for about a week, well its been over a month and a half since then, is this bad, does it mean I need a root canal on this tooth? Thanks

I cant put a freaking tampon in and I'm pretty sure its the right hole since its where the blood comes from. Ive tried small tampons but they wont go it and it hurts really bad and I've done the hole thing with my foot on the toilet and angling the tampon

plus i have like 4 holes on either side and I'm pretty sure that isn't normal

please help I'm like breaking down =(

Okay. I hate my smile so much. Its so annoying. And I have superr small teeth. not my baby ones either. My mom has ir and so does my cousin, but I have it worse. I've always been self-consious about it and when I found out someone was making fun of my small teeth, and calling me "gumbo", I knew I had enough. There HAS to be a way to fix this!
I need to know if anyone has gone through this "procedure", or if there is even one and about how much it costs.

And there are 'teeth caps' or something... not sure, but Hilary Duff has them,
And if anyone knows exactly what they are called and about how much they cost,
I'd be so grateful it wouldn't be funny.

Well im eating 800 calories a day im not sure if thats good or no ?? and if i ate 800 calories will i lose weight faster, if i ate like more calories not like aloot but normal like 1400 something like that. because in a week i started to eat 800 calories and going to the gym and REALLY REALLY worked Hard on a week and then i just lost 1 pound so i dont know whats wrong ?? thnks for the help

I had a nasty staph infection in my ankle after a little tumor was removed. I took 2 levaquin and had an allergic rxn, so I discontinued the med. It seemed to clear up the infection so I did not go back to the doctor. I am supposed to have breast implants the first week of June, but I can not help but feel like it is unsafe. Can the staph still be living in my body?

Every time I eat I start coughing AFTER I have finished my meal. You know the feeling when you are starting to get sick and there is stuff in your throat and it makes you cough?

This is how it feels after eating. I can actually feel something in my throat and I cough and have to clear my throat for about an hour after every meal. It is VERY annoying!

What is this? How do I make it go away?
