Yes, if you use a condom. Otherwise, you will pass all your little yeast buddies back and forth to each other.
When one of you has symptoms, you should BOTH get treated, and FINISH the treatment.

It can be possible to transmit it to their partner.
Unless they're wearing a condom and you both wash off THOROUGHLY afterwards, i would strongly discourage it.
Also, you can be very sore from yeast infections when large objects are inserted and stretch it. It IS an infection after all!
