Well im eating 800 calories a day im not sure if thats good or no ?? and if i ate 800 calories will i lose weight faster, if i ate like more calories not like aloot but normal like 1400 something like that. because in a week i started to eat 800 calories and going to the gym and REALLY REALLY worked Hard on a week and then i just lost 1 pound so i dont know whats wrong ?? thnks for the help

have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

you aren,t eating enough and your body has gone into starvation mode==you have to have at least 1000 to 1200 calories a day and do the exercises =then you will notice the weight loss and don't forget about drinking lots of water
