I have a very old fashioned family...With very nice teeth, What they use, Baking soda and salt. The salt acts as an abrasive to help the baking soda remove the stains. Hey if its not broken, dont fix it!

Baking soda. You can also mix a little hydrogen peroxide with the baking soda. That works even better.

Baking Soda with peroxide. Mix them together and make a paste. You can add mint extract to make it taste better but it works really good. I do this every once in a while and it always works for me.

I'm a sporean.Actually i'm involved in a biz and is distributing toothpaste. The name of this toothpaste is CALCIUM WHITENING and is frm Japan. It has many benefits.Most importanly, it does nt contain tricolsan, a chemical which is found in toothpaste like darlie,colgate,other toothpaste tt they sell in the market. When tis chemical reacts with chlorine found in tap water, it will produce a cancer causing agent that will risk yr health. then, at the same time, removes plaque,kills bad breath, prevent gum diseases, whiten the teeth and it has a rare alkaline base of ph7.8 and above. the original price of tis toothpaste is $30 but now i'm selling it for $19. it is worth the price coz of its benefits and we have the sole distributorship in the whole of southeast asia so u can only find tis toothpaste in our company.
So, since u r finding a way to whiten yr teeth, why not give it try? i really want to benefit my consumer nt to harm my consumers. For further equiries or if u r interested in tis toothpaste or any health related products, pls call/msg mi @81611950 or add/email me @ evangeline_liew@hotmail.com.
i really hope to hear from u soon.
thx=)

neither, the best way is to have dentist professionally whiten them, however if your gum tissue is healthy and you have good oral hygiene you can mix a cap of peroxide and a cap of water and rinse once a day. You can also buy over the counter whitening agents. i have used the colgate polish on and it works Very reasonably priced.
