I have been depressed for more than 6 months. I don't know what to do about it. I can't afford to see a psychiatrist or a therapist. I don't want to leave the house and I miss doing the things I used to enjoy. It is really affecting me because I am in college. It is really hurting my grades. I don't see the point to my life at the moment. I can't go to my parents about it because they will not understand. I have already used up the mental health services available to me at my school. I feel like I want to hurt myself. I want to seek help outside of my school but I can't. I have insurance, but it is through my parents. I can't go see a doctor with out them finding out. What should I do?

im not sure how much water i should be drinking, i dont have any medical condtions other then being pregnant so for the average person does a dr. mean 8oz. glasses of water? i have 20oz water bottles should i only be drinking three 20 oz water bottles or still 8-10 20 oz water bottles?

my friend who is 125 pounds starved for 20 days had nothing but water and lost 30 pounds she is now 95 pounds and 5 foot 1 ...im 5'2 and 103 pounds why was she able to go that long and why can i barely last the second day?

I need help! I'm overweight. I have 2 kids, no childcare until the evening. So working out at a facility is next to impossible. Does anyone know of any good diets that WORK? Something that wont starve me and something that wont take me to the poor house? And by chance might not take years to work? I have ideas, but nothing that really works for my body type. I am about 80 lbs overweight right now...thanks to my kids and my inability to stop shoving food in my mouth...I know it's awful.

I was diagnosed with "Severe Depression, with Psychosis and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?"

So what... I was depressed, I was not in touch with the reality of that diagnosis and it caused Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?

I have had this since birth, different sounds in both ears. I understand the machinations, what it is, what causes it. I have seen audiologists and had counselling. But no cure. I have spent every waking moment for 60 years listening to it.
I have tried ignoring it; concentrating on it and telling my brain to ignore the sounds. But nothing works.
Do you know anything - no matter how 'quacky' - that might work?
