The average glass of water is 8 oz of water. Therefore if your bottle has 20 oz, you are getting two and a half glasses. If you drink about 4 bottles a day, taht would be the equivalent of 10 8oz glasses of water, so just go by that. Don't drink 8-10 bottles though. You can die from drinking too much water and I think that would be too much water. Just stick to 3-4 bottles a day.

a glass is 8 0z. you can do it either way, just add up the oz of water you drink! Little more wouldn't hurt like if you drink a bottle water at 20 0z instead of two glasses of 8 oz water!!

Yes, when health professionals say a "glass" of water, they mean 8 oz... kind of confusing. More water wouldn't hurt you... that's just the minimum.

Good luck with your pregnancy and best wishes!

Your doctor probably means 8-10 eight ounce glasses of water a day. You can always call and ask for clarification, and if your doctor gives you instructions, you should never leave the office until you understand them. Your health is very important.
