find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day

have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

It's possible to lose 25lbs in 4 weeks, but it's really unhealthy, unrealistic, and likely you will gain it all back plus some. You should lose no more than 2 lbs a week inorder to keep the weight off.
If you cut your calorie intake by 500 and drink 3 8oz glasses of milk a day, you should lose weight. Plus exercising.

Crunches, 300 a day along with jogging. Try really hard in P.e. i know, every one wants to loose weight for summer!!! You can do sit ups (those work really well) pull ups, or yoga
but you're a guy so you probably won't want to do that
