Whatever works for you. Some people need 8-10 hours. Some are fine with 5-6. Or less. Or more.

There's no set amount of how much sleep is required for a person to function. Everyone is different. You'll figure your sleep schedule out.

i sleep 3 hours a day and put in a full days work everyday. and i work 10 hour days , i feel fine
