I'm a 31 year old woman who hasn't had children yet. When should I start to worry about getting "to old" to have children? Biologicaly speaking, am I already at a point I should start to worry about having healthy children?

Having children is not important at all. It will pretty much put your carrier on hold. Do you want to be a baby making slave? You will loose your identity to the child. Nothing good can become of it. Don’t you want someone that loves YOU, not your uterus?

So many people don’t realize that having children is an option. You don’t have to have them. The world won’t stop turning because you don’t. You will just have a better life.

Go ahead and have children if you think you must. Other people that have them, and are miserable, need your company.

I had a vasectomy at age 21. I am now 40, and the novelty still has not worn off. My girlfriend had her tubes tied at age 27. She is very proud of her choice.

Almost all my friends have children. Not a single one of them will publicly admit that they regret having children. But pretty much all of them will admit, in confidence, that I made the better choice, and that having children was a mistake.

If think you still need to have children, consider this; Having children will forever change your relationship with your future partner. What proof? Just look at the photographs in your workmates cubes. How many are married, but have pictures of their children, and none of their spouse? Yup, almost all of them.

Nope. You don't have to worry until you hit 40. When you hit 40, it's not only harder to have children, but you're getting ready to go into Perimenopause.

My mom had me when she was 37 and my brother when she was 40. She had some trouble, but we eventually came and were healthy kids.

statistics say that children born to women over 35 with have a larger chance of being mongoloid children=so if you want a child better start thinking about it very soon

CURLY,
MY WIFE WAS 37 WHEN OUR CHILD WAS BORN. YOU ARE NOT BIOLOGICALLY TOO OLD TO HAVE CHILDREN. HEALTHY CHILDREN CAN BE BORN TO MOST WOMEN IN THEIR 30's, BUT THE CHANCES OF THINGS GOING WRONG FOR THE BABY INCREASE GREATLY IN THE 40's.

you passed the point at 30...now you're playing with fire and genetic conditions..also the chance that YOU might be ill from getting pregnant this late....
If you wanted children you should have had them yrs ago...if you don't want them, then why worry about it...not everyone is cut out to be a parent.
