I am a 16 year old highschool cheerleader. I am 5'0 &1/4, but weigh 145 pounds. I need to lose weight, fast. My goal weight is 115-118, so I have a looooooong way to go. I need help! Im embarrased by my curvy shape (dont get me wrong, I'm not like super chunky, I just have real pronounced curves), it prohibits me from being the confident cheerleader I know is hiding under it all. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I dont know where to begin! I work out/run regularly, but the weight is not coming off.
(healthy, safe, but fast acting diet if possible!)

I just started .25mg xanax "as needed" for "stomach troubles" when I have to leave the house. I only take it when I have to go somewhere. I never take medication except the occasional Excedrin for headaches, and I was wondering should I take the xanax at least 1x a day to get it in my system or just when I have to go somewhere?
*I know it can be habit forming, I have friends and family that have been/are addicted.

those bumps you get on your legs from shaving??
luckily they have yet to appear on MY legs, but i want to prevent them from occuring!
i see some girls legs and they are like polka-dotted all over. sick!

i just dont want this to happen to me! sooo, if you know of anyway to prevent it (besides not shaving) that'd be grrreat.

I'm 16 turning 17 in a few months, I'm a girl, 4'11 and i hate it. I've been a vegetarian for a year & 1/2 (i eat dairy, but no meat or fish)

i was never a fan of milk,
but i have been drinking it everyday last year for a few months, but not so much now
i eat alot of egg whites now
and love re-fried beans
and i eat tofu,
and i look and feel pretty healthy

but if i have to start eating meat again, to grow , i will, so should i?

or is 'eating meat' to grow to ur full potential a myth?

hi i went into American Laser Centers for removing facial hair from my hair. I got my first session done and today i learned that i've to move to montana for my job. ALC dont have any locations in montana and i was wondering if they would refund the money. I didnt actually pay for my first session i took their financing option which i've to do monthly payments. OK so i run a lot righ, and lately ive found out i had flat feet so i got some prescribed orthodics, but the soles are hard as bricks and i think that they cause me to get these blisters i have does anyone have any recomendations,
i tryed using prewrap but it keeps slipping off
does anyone have any idea so i wont keep getting these blisters
and these blisters are big, and there is a blister inside a blister and another inside that blister (3 blisters in one)
the blisters are also deep i think i saw blood inside one of the bandaids( yeah thats how deep and big it was its bad)
also any ideas on how to make these things heal faster because i run everyday and its hard to run with these big *** blisters on my feet

because my period isn't normal but i think it's because i'm always under stress!!

also IS the papsmere mandatory?

Hi. Three weeks ago the doctor put a stent is to prevent the kidney stones from blocking. Today I had it removed. Whenever I go to the bathroom I see blood in urine. Is this normal? If so, for how long?

My son was circumcised at three weeks. It has been exactly ONE week since the procedure and i have seen that the tip of his penis (where it should have a visual ridge) is sticking to the shaft of his penis. Alright so whats up with everybody being on antidepressants now? I mean even kids in my french class (around 14 years old) are taking them! I dont think they antidepressants 50 years ago, so since then did almost everybody's nerve/brain cells just all of the sudden get problems transmitting serotonin correctly?

3 months ago I became pregnant of an old fiance, and from the 10 days of the last relation I began to have many strange symptoms. Pain throat, of head, tires, influenza, nasal congestión, respiratory problems, asthma, fever etc. This lasted by near month and means (I say, the two fever was single of day), and was then that in an analysis I found out that she was pregnant. At 7th week, I lost the pregnancy involuntarily. I had a loss of great affluent blood with the undesired abortion. After several days with respiratory problems, terrible weakness, pelvians fatigue, annoyances, etc, I returned to recover my normal rate slowly. Nevertheless, for pair of weeks I have been falling new time, mainly after an abnormal period menstrual in which I experienced great bleeding or, outside the common thing and now the feet have swollen me Barbarian, with pair of abscesses that or seem erisipela or nodules to the height of the ankle, in addition to which I feel a great pain, weakness and decay in the feet. Also I have myself often swell and I feel oral annoyances today at general level. I went to a doctor, and this it indicated CBC to me and analysis of tinkles. Everything left normal, including white globules in the 8,000 and lymphocytes in 2,800. Nevertheless, the HGB is in 11,2, the HCM in 33.9 and the number of red globules in 3.9, being its minimum 4.5... All this can be fruit of the abortion and the anemia, or is HIV principle?

im very light skinned--with freckles. i burn very easily in the sun and my mom recently bought me 10 tanning visits for 20 dollars. Now, after i use these i dont plan to tan anymore so my question is if i just go for these ten and get some color, im not going to get any weird diseases or anything like cancer, right?

because i am scared of reailty and cant feel anything and lost contact withmyself weed is the only thing that makes it all go away and lets me feel again except when i am high everything is to scary for me to deal with but not always. now is there some sort of medication that will do the same effects weed does that i can get so i can gradully fix myself slowly
