It depends, At night is ok and is recommended because your dinner will digest easier without sitting in you stomach all night long.

its not bad to exercise before bed,
time doesnt matter when exercising whenever u feel like it is the best time
only before bed might b a problem not being able to sleep cuz ur so awake after exercise

It's not the best time to exercise, because it can make it difficult for you to go to sleep. Generally speaking, it's better to exercise earlier in the day, if possible.

depends on the exercise.
stretching is fine, its good actually, it'll help you sleep better
but its better to exercise early in the morning, before school, or work =)

ive done it.. but i then had touble sleeping...

just make sure its about 2-3 hours before ur bedtime.
