I have a problem right now and as I write, I am holding back the urge to return to my games. Anyone knows how to remedy such "illness"?

The only remedy is to go cold turkey. I think it's that feeling like either there's something right around the corner & if you stop, you'll lose that opportunity or you might miss something. Same goes for Yahoo Answers, Youtube, Myspace, etc. where you go from 1 thing to another, to another & next thing you know it's 3 hours later (or worse, almost morning)!

Just don't start up again. You could "almost" win & have to keep playing until you reach that goal (whatever it may be). I do fine until I come back..... Good luck!

People can become addicted to anything in the world--including Yahoo! Answers.

I'm afraid that you will need to speak to a pro, as if I recommend alternatives to video games to you--most likely you will become addicted to one of them.

Sorry I couldn't be of help, but it's the sad truth.
