I'm 16 turning 17 in a few months, I'm a girl, 4'11 and i hate it. I've been a vegetarian for a year & 1/2 (i eat dairy, but no meat or fish)

i was never a fan of milk,
but i have been drinking it everyday last year for a few months, but not so much now
i eat alot of egg whites now
and love re-fried beans
and i eat tofu,
and i look and feel pretty healthy

but if i have to start eating meat again, to grow , i will, so should i?

or is 'eating meat' to grow to ur full potential a myth?

Man...
I think vegetarians are dumb. I'm sure God made those animals for us to enjoy or something of the sort. Plus animals eat other animals. What are you gonna do about it? Go feed yourself to the lion so it doesnt get hungry? How bout bacteria? There living things. OH AND I JUST KILLED A MILLION OF THEM!

Anyone think I'm right?

be happy with who you are!! i am only 4'11 also.eating different foods is not going to make you grow any taller, are your parents short? it could be hereditary that your short, try to be happy with who you are,you will still get a boyfriend/ husband in the future.height is'nt a big issue, people will still like you when your short.

eat a lot of beans and lentils. If you have enough protein overall, I don't think you have to eat meat.
