I just recently lost 40 pounds. It took me about 4 months.
I eat nutritionally balanced meals. I never let myself go hungry and i dont deprive myself of the foods i crave. I really feel all of this is important with losing weight.
If you let yourself get hungry you are more likely to grab for some junk food.
Eat balanced meals. Put yourself into as much of a routine as your life will let you be in. Even on saturdays when my day isnt the normal (i tend to wake up late because i dont have work, randomly go in and out of my home, hang out with other people, etc.) I make sure to eat 5 meals a day - Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack.
Eliminate soda's and fast food. Try and eat less manmade foods. Balance amount of vegetables, fruits, dairy, protein, good carbs.
There is no better diet then just simply eating healthy, being routine, exercising and enjoying everything.
I would suggest measuring everything and teaching your body the right amount to eat. The portions now a days are absurd. Really learn portion control so that when you do lose the 30 pounds you keep it off for good.
I hope you dont try a crash course diet. Especially things like atkins and eliminating carbs. That is nonsense!!!!! Although some are successful, statistics show most gain back weight.
Exercise I would try cardio 30 minutes a day and a little training on problem areas. Doing things you enjoy are a good way to continue exercising. If you like dancing do an extra 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week.
i hope this was helpful.

Don't be in such a rush - fast diets tend to be the fastest way to gain the weight back afterward. If you're working out/running, I'd start with WATER -plenty of it, plus the good 'ole food pyramid. No carbonated drinks (bloat), avoid sugar & sugar substitutes, butter, salt, oil, dressing etc. Make sure to get your fiber (complex carbs, veggies) too (not just carrot sticks). If your digestive tract runs better, you feel & look better. Also try deep stretching (like yoga) for mental & physical health.
I actually gained more weight in high school, but came into my size in college - so don't fret too much! There is so much crap to deal with that you don't need to be worrying about crash diets - rather how to stay healthy & sane.
Finding ways to accept yourself and your beautiful curves is the best! Too many women don't have curves & put stuff in their body to lift & plump.

If your talkin about losin your hips, butt, breast, and that little sexy pouch at the bottom of your stomach that all women naturally have. Then, damn. That's too bad.
But! If you cut out solid foods for a week, and stick to only liquids! You'll see that you can lose weight fast.
But you can't cheat by drinking lots of milkshakes and sodas. All that sugar will just keep you were your at. Stay full off of water, natural juice, soups, and salads with light, or fat free dressing.
Don't worry about you metabolism slowing down. You have to not completely not eat for weeks on end in order for this to happen.
If you can do this for a week. Then you can lose weight fast. I do this all the time when I notice that my weight is starting to get out of hand. This diet is hard to stick with. Especially around the third day when you haven't bitten anything for three days and everyone around is munchin on pizza. But is works. And it works fast.
Try one week. if you like the results. Go for it again.

You do not work out or run regularly. If you did, the weight would melt off, provided you're not eating fried crap every single day.
No french fries, don't eat the skin on fried chicken, no cake, no ice cream. Use your head silly.
Practice cheerleading for 2 hours every day after school. Voila! The weight will come off in about a month.

I would focus on doing cardio 30 minutes a day. Keep a low calorie diet and drink lots of water. If you drink a small bottle of water before your meal it will help fill you up so you aren't as hungry and you won't eat as much. Buy low calorie snacks like Slim Fast meal bars for snacking. If you drink soda, change to a zero calorie one.....I hope this helps and good luck!

just eat healthy and the reason why the weight isn't coming off is because you don't burn more calories than you eat. Like you are just running to keep your heart up and maintain your weight. But add up the calories you eat a day and what ever it is how much more calories you need to burn cuz the only way you can lose weight is to burn the calories you don't eat.

Reduce the quantity of white stuff(Carbohydrates), canned stuff, sodas, take multivitamin a day, walk for 30 min on 20 ft patch for five days a week, drink more fluids without sugar and think slim- you are there at your target.
Another thing take calcium (recommended).
Sleep more. there are lot of tips. These will do for now, I think.

i'd advise no longer slicing out carbs thoroughly (it is so stressful to take care of this type of restrictive regime), yet you need to cut back the carbs and develop the protein. you do no longer say how long your workout consultation is, so i'd advise you step up the fat-burning wellbeing midsection artwork--elliptical device, etc. additionally, communicate on your physician or/ and wellbeing midsection coach before doing something drastic along with your weight-help plan or workout regime. sturdy success!
