If you are still growing, talk with a Naturopathic Doctor, or at least a well informed worker at a health food store.
Proper nutritional support, including plenty of protein, fresh produce, and water are essential, and your body will thank you for it regardless of the length of your arms.

You can make them appear longer by working out to broaden your shoulders, but that is about it. I have very long arms, which are handy, but I can't wear long sleeve shirts off the rack since the arms are too short. Can only wear dress shirts in long sleeve, if I can find 36/37's--so there are some down sides.

Depends on how old (or young) you are. Most bone growth stops at around 22. It also depends on genetics, meaning, if your family have really long arms, there's a chance you would have it too. Surgical means? (though possible, but highly impractical). Just wondering why you need long arms.

Sorry, no. You can do stretches (like in yoga, ballet) that will elongate the use of your arm muscles to give full range of motion, but the bones will only grow so far. Muscles are attached to the bones, so you're stuck.

If you're really serious about it, you can have your bones lengthened by having them broken and slowly stretched through a surgical procedure.
