She cleaned her teeth and visited dentist as a small girl but was bullied at school about her teeth which were quite big. Since then she's found it harder and harder to cope with cleaning them or visiting dentist. Not frightened of dentists as such but her hands sweat and she begins to panic if she talks about them etc. Her teeth need urgent attention and I don't know how to help her get over this.

Hi as of yesterday I had a horrible panic attack that came out of nowhere, my chest hurt horrible felt like someone was standing on it, I couldnt catch my breath my heart was racing my hands and feet went tingling I started sweating but I was cold and clammy, I thought my heart was going to explode! I have had tachecardia (sp?) and irrelgular heat beats when I was like 12 or so but I wasnt put on any meds and it eventually cleared up but with the attacks now coming on so quick and lasting for about 10-15 min. I go to the doc later this afternoon to see whats going on, I have had 3 of these attacks in less that 15 hours and there HORRIBLE! I am currently taking 40 mg. celexa once a day what do you recommend I should do (ie meds/ heart monitor/EKG) I am also haveing bad heart bad heart pain after an attack

I had it 2 days ago and my boobs are still numb, it feels like i get alittle more feeling back each day, but i went from an A cup to a full C. How long until the swelling goes away permanetly and they start feeling like normal breast? they are really tight.

its was not red, buffy and the dr said i dont see any drug needles holes. I dont think i will be useing a phone booths again because i never no. If the people use drugs needles and place them in the phone booths , coin slots, movies theaters then ever body will have have Aids/ Hiv so just pls be care full.

Where is the proof? I want to read an article of this because I don't believe it. my mom hides the energy drinks from me because she doesnt want me being addicted. well its too late. I crave them, drink one a day...but I drink the low carb / 10 calorie ones...whats wrong with that...I mean yeah it has cafene but why can coffee drinkers get away with drinking coffee every morning and not have people say its bad....Monster has stuff like l-carnitine (which I used to take for energy as a supplement) which is a fat burner and metabolism increaser...and guarine and taurana...vitamins and minerals the body needs. so why is this bad?

I had my finger slammed in a door. No swelling, just a bruise and bending it is painful. My husband bought me one of those metal splints w/ foam on the inside so I wouldn't move it. I don't think I broke it.... but how long would someone NORMALLY wear one of these things?

And BTW I'm one of those people that hates going to the doctor! I'm not goin to the DR over this. I would not voluntarily go ,unless I was dragged there.

I just read a story about a dog who peformed a type of heimlich manuever on his owner to dislodge an apple slice that was in her windpipe...now I'm afraid to eat! Well, not that extreme, but the story just scares me.

Are we generally safe when it comes to eating? (I was thinking that as humans we are meant to eat, so the process shouldn't pose a threat to us)

When we eat food, doesn't it always go down our esophagus to our stomach for digestion?

How can something get in the windpipe? How can we prevent that?

Can't a person still breathe at least a little even if something is in there?

I hope someone can ease my worries. =(

When I fall asleep wither it be at night or napping or even in school I notice I jump to the point where it wakes me up.People look at me like i'm crazy, is this normal?I do have really bad anxiety and am on meds for it too. or could this be my meds?

6 years ago I was hospitalized. I have a deterioriating Disc Desease. I have been through years of PT and two fusions in my neck. I am disabled but my family still think because I no longer have to work a job that I can use my Carpentry skills to serve them anytime for anything. How can I spell it out to all of them, what D-I-S-A-B-I-L-I-T-Y means. The pain is horrible and I take morphine 2 times a day for it. What is it that they don't get? What my body has left wll get me and me alone by for the rest of my life. I am not my families on call mr fix it. My Parents are the worst for wanting me to do extraordinary things for them and around their place. I have 2 brothers and a sister who do nothing for them and they are able bodied, yet I do work for them too. I need to say no but my folks are nearly 80.

I have a large ridge like mass above my right breast it almost feels like a muscle, I went to the doctor and she said she felt it and sent me to get an ultrasound, they found nothing on the ultrasound and Im just wondering if I feel something then why did ultrasound find nothing? I am 24 years old and saw the "ridge" in the mirror one morning while getting ready for work. Thanks for any help!

I had the contraceptive implant fitted last july, and my periods stopped, completely until I got one this week. Period from hell too. How painful!!??!?!?

If so what was your experience with it? Did it give you the pump like it says? I've taken NoExplode for the last month or so and really don't feel that pump. I've really only used one scoop a day sometimes 2. I've also used the GNC brand and felt pretty good but made me feel to hyper. I didn't take the full amount, my wife said it looked like i was getting big, but the stuff is so expensive. Any other thoughts on this?

I'm in a CPR course and they wipe the dummy down with it after each use. For the adults we were a mask but we dont for the infants (because you need to cover the mouth and nose) it is kind of grossing me out.

I check my pulse and it was 90 beats per mintue. I had a mild panic attack or anxiety attack on 15/02. I stop taking my pills almost two weeks ago.I was feeling positive n even change the way i think to be more practical.I tried my best not to get stress by anyone or any incident. I do breathing exercise everyday.I even exercise regularly..
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON... I had to take ATIVAN 0.5mg again to calm myself.... i feel lost..can anyone explain what's going on?????
