ok,im a firm believer in magnetic therapy but was wondering what side to use for muscle pain.ive heard the two sides have different affects but no diffenitive answer.

I'm afraid there is no definitive answer.. I've found over 700 studies on magnotherapy and none show a difference in effect between N and S poles. If anyone knows of such a study, I would be interested to hear of it.

There are studies showing that multiple poles have a greater effect on body tissue, and the major manufacturers, Nikken, Magnabloc and Bioflow, all use multiple pole designs.

With all magnotherapy products, get a good money back guarantee, and if it doesn't work, get your money back and try another type of magnotherapy. No-one knows the mechanism and no-one can know the best type of magnotherapy for you. Try them and see what suits you best.
