When I fall asleep wither it be at night or napping or even in school I notice I jump to the point where it wakes me up.People look at me like i'm crazy, is this normal?I do have really bad anxiety and am on meds for it too. or could this be my meds?

It happens to most people, nothing to worry about. I admit it's scary though to almost fall asleep then suddenly you feel like your falling through your bed :P.

I hate doing that and my husband does it too! Someone mentioned it is the neuro system adjusting for sleep. Sleep is so good. Talk to your doc or pharmacist about it.

This is just something that happens as your muscles relax... you probably notice it more because you are so uptight and anzious while you're awake. Be glad your body is relaxing good during your sleep.

when im sleeping i sometimes kick in my sleep but idk if its normal to jump u prob. just have alot of extra energy :)
