I had it 2 days ago and my boobs are still numb, it feels like i get alittle more feeling back each day, but i went from an A cup to a full C. How long until the swelling goes away permanetly and they start feeling like normal breast? they are really tight.

It depends on whether you're still taped up or not (you know when they wrap that huge bandage around your whole chest and waits). If you're not taped, put moisturizer on your breast a few times a day. Also drink a lot of water, more than what you body needs. A simple way to figure out how much you need: take you weight and divide it by 2, that gives you your total. For example I weigh 120, 120 divided by 2 is 60, this means I need at least 60 ounces a day. So I would suggest drinking 10 ounces more just to help with skin elasticity. I takes time for you skin to adjust, once the skin stretches, the swelling will go down. I know, I went from an A to a D, now they're DD's. Congrats on your new boobs, you'll love them!!

it's going to take about a week for the tenderness to go away. As for the numbness you can expect from 6 weeks to 3 months to actually start having feeling again.
If you feel they are really tight, ask your doctor if there's something you can do about it.
I got gel implants, but only went 1 size up. Still, it took me about 6 months to get sensation on one of my nipples again. You are supposed to get a list from your doc telling you what and what not to do. He tolde me i should massage them (this was after everything was healed) to prevent encapsulation, so the best advise should come from him.

Your doctor should have told you about a month, thats what I took for my wifes.
