If you have a very busy and active or analytical mind, you are probably using up a lot of your energy that way. This is one of the most wasteful uses of energy that people don't even realize. I think you might try meditation. It can help.

The opposite happens to me. Fall is when I start to feel tired. Your problem seems to be a combination of depression and stress. Job hunting is not fun at all. Keep your head up and something will eventually come your way. I think losing that hour a couple of weeks ago has been a big adjustment for me and my kids. We have only made the bus twice since then. Just remember this too shall pass. If the depression gets worse though, you need to see a doctor.

I feel the same way, bro. I had a sleep study done and have mild sleep apnea, so got a CPAP machine. That really doesn't seem to work. So I often wonder what is the deal. I've read somewhere some of the common shots we get as kids do this to our system, run us down. Take some good vitamins, drink coffee/tea/soda, work out--these are the things that can help out a little.

No usually people get tired/depressed in the winter when there is less daylight. It's called Seasonal Affective Disorder I guess.

I think spring wakes most people up! It must be your stress. Make time for things you enjoy; it'll help you.
