I found out that the gloves that we used in labs are Nitrile gloves and not latex. Supposedly, Nitrile gloves are allergy free. My hands get red and itchy once i put it on. What could I be reacting to?

Alot of times I feel disconnected from everyone, and sort of like I'm floating around in a skin body bag,none of the nerves connecting. I cut myself, esp. when I am angry or stressed or when I just feel nothing. Alot of times I just want to die. Or I want to just slice open a vein, not in a suicidal way...but in a curious way.
I feel like I CAN'T talk about it with people. I don't want to make them uncomfortable or disrupt their lives. I have this big thing about not wanting to bug people or make them worried about me. I don't want to go to therapy because I think of this as my problem and it doesn't matter if their paid to do it, I still don't want to bug them. I want to push my boyfriend away because I don't want to put added stress on him and I feel like I should have to deal with this alone. I also feel like I just want to crawl into bed and ignore everyone and just float around in my skin.
I think I sound prettycrazy, in fact I think I am. I'm just not sure how. Whatshould I do?

My stomach has been hurting on the sides, it is especially tender when I touch it. And my back has been having sharp pains every now and then. I also feel like and need to urinate, but not much comes out. But the weird part is that I also feel increased sexual desire. Well, we have been having a lot of sex lately but I don't feel fulfilled afterwards. I've also been having a lot of discharge and it smells different, but I don't know if that's from the sex or not. Well, I noticed it before we started having lots of sex. I just assumed it was from my birth control pills. Well, I haven't been feeling good lately.

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and all the work I know how to do involves harsh, repetitive movements (i.e. cleaning stalls, welding, manufacturing, etc.). I am seeking to retrain and have applied for a program through dissability. I don't know if they'll help me but how does one switch careers, if I have to?

So my father wants me to go on this alkaline diet, claiming that the man that Tony Robbins is endorsing this product to really know's what he's talking about. i however think that possibly there needs to be more research on this topic before i would just go ok lets do this. i am heavy, but i am working out daily and i am eating a lot of fruits and veggies. i drink skim milk and water and i have been doing well with this. i have more energy, i wake up earlier in the mornings and i have energy throughout the day. but i want some opinions on what ya'll think about this. do you think a alkaline diet is healthy and will have lasting results? or do you think taking a whole food group out of you system is dangerous? i don't eat a lot of meat or milk products but i do think that possibly it is important to a diet.

I stated doing this palates DVD at home its 30 minutes long I do it at least 5 days a week 7 if I can. I also have cut out chips, pop all the bad for you stuff and have been very good about a healthy diet. I want to know how long it will take to see good results like to lose 20 lbs????

I have recently been to the dentist for pain on my lower left molar area. After xrays the dentist told me there was no sign of a cavity there but i do have deep fillings on those teeth. He said that i need a root canal. My second to last tooth on the left lower side is extremely sensitive when i poke my finger at the gum line/ tooth line. It feels like a nerves shooting when i poke at the gum/tooth line. What could this mean. I dont like pain and i really dont want a root canal or extraction. Help!

I had been takent Effexor for about 4 months now during my postpartum. My medical insurance had ran out so I started cutting my mgs. in half. I was taken half the dosage for about 2 weeks and then I completely ran out. Now I'm having the withdrawl effects. This has been going on for about 5 days now. I have been taking Klonopin since February. Very recently, my doctor prescribed Zoloft to me. This is in addition to taking Anafranil since the end of last month. Is it OK to take all three meds at the same time?

My doctor told me to take the Klonopin when I feel like it. I had been taking it in the morning and afternoon. This will still be in my system at night when I take my Zoloft and Anafranil. Is this OK?

does anyone else have the problem of getting up during the night. My fluid intake before bedtime is minimal. Am newly diagnosed and believe that diabetes could be the culprit in disturbing my sleep even as much as three to four times a night. I must add that my diabetes is very well controlled. Would appreciate comments. Many thanks

so when i was little i got a cavitiy in one my teeth in tha back ya know. so i got a filling right. so about a year ago,i wake up and the filling is gone[[i only noticed cuz there was a whole in my tooth!]]. anyways...so now where the filling was,the remaining part of that tooth keeps chipping and breaking off. so pretty much theres a big whole in my tooth :( and now...it's got a cavitiy back where the filling was!!! well not sure if its a cavitiy or what...but i cant eat on that side especially sugary stufff.

so idk like how much would it costs to like...fix it or refill it or w/e? like,w/o insurance? plus i have lik 7-9 other cavitites...so yeah...

I have dry scalp. But its not like little flakes. Its all around my hair line. Its big thick flakes. Its like a solid layer of flakes all the way around my hair line. Does anyone have any ideas on how to treat this? Or a website with good information? Any suggestions would be appericate.

I have long thick healthy hair... I use salon shampoo and conditioner. Regular dandruff shampoo doesn't accomplish anything.
