You can start as soon as you want, it doesn't really matter.

It really depends on you! How does your body feel? Do you have enough energy? Has your c section heeled enough that it wouldn't get infected by sweat(and other fluids)? I had 3 vaginal deliveries, and I felt different after all of them. My first I waited apx. a 2 months(I was still a little sore, but I had quit bleeding), my second one I waited apx. the same, but with my 3rd, he was my biggest at 9lb.8oz, I was apx. 4 months after that before I was active again because of the soreness. So listen to your body, If you are ready, and HE is ready, i think it should be ok to go ahead. Just be careful not to hurt yourself, or for him to hurt you if he's on top(watch that c section).

Hi. After my first baby was born I started having sex again about 2 weeks later. After my second was born I started having sex around 2-3 weeks later.

I guess it all depends on how well your c-section incision is healing and if your stplaes/stitches are out. Both of my babies were born vaginally. But I don't think it should be a problem. Just go slow and take it easy. You may be sore.

I had 3 c-sections and everytime I was told by the doctor to wait 6 weeks. With my first child I waited only 4 weeks.

As long as your incession is heald good you should be fine but I found that waiting the full 6 weeks after my 2nd and 3rd child it was good when I waited only 4 weeks it was very painful.

It is up to you but if it really hurts you may need to stop and wait.

The standard wait is 6 weeks. Be careful to use birth control though. Although you may not be having your period during this time, especially if you are breastfeeding, you can still get pregnant.

you should find out from your o.b....i've heard that 6 weeks is suffice, but you need to be careful because your chances of getting pregnant again are really high within the first few months of giving birth.
You really don't want to get pregnant again until your uterus gets back to normal.

My son (also my first baby) was 4 weeks old when we tried sex for the first time. I was a little sore but I had a vaginal delivery. I ended up pregnant 3 months later though so be careful! :) And wow, what a good size baby!! Mine were 8lbs.10.5oz. and 8lbs. and 0.5oz. (much smaller than your baby...lol~ I was 10lbs.13oz. when I was born!)

You can go for it whenever you're pain free enough to do so.

Just go easy at first and no hard pounding for a while. If it starts to hurt, stop.
