Hi,
The most common cause for early orgasm (premature ejaculation) is increased sexual excitement/arousal and/or increased sensations of the glans penis. Less frequent causes are infection in the prostate/urethra or presenting symptom of diabetes. Most people benefit by taking a tablet of Paroxetine (20 mg.), four hours prior to the anticipated sexual intercourse. It is advisable to take this medication under your doctor’s care.

There are many causes to premature ejaculation and every cause requires a different treatment depending on each individual's situation and preference as well. Sometimes premature ejaculation is due to an over-sensitive glans (skin of penis head). This reduces your ejaculatory control. At other times, it could also be a matter of psychology effect like stress, fear of poor performing. A weak PC muscles (muscles located between the anus and testicles) also causes premature ejaculation. Good news is premature ejaculation can be prevented and cured and there are many treatments out there. But to start off, it's advisable to resort to some safe, natural and proven methods which cure the problem from its root cause. I was once suffered from the same problem and that brought so much stress to me and my girlfriend (now my wife). I tried many different treatments including cream, pill and gel. But really healed me was some simple proven natural techniques including exercising my PC muscles, learning to monitor and control my level of sexual arousal, using last-longer sexual positions, correct breathing methods etc. I learned the hard way, but you really dont have to. Here is the free ebook where you can get a general idea of what premature ejaculation really is, its causes and how to treat premature ejaculation: ( http://prematurejaculation.kyma.info ) The fact is, you can really cure and control premature ejaculation in a matter of weeks, you just need the right information. Hope this helps.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/WVxuf
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Like the other fellas said, you can rub one out about an hour before it's "go" time. Or, when you feel like your're getting a little too excited during the act, pull out and switch positions. That should hold you for at least a little while. They just did a study and found out that sex on average only lasts 6-8 minutes, so don't feel like you've got to be some kind of ironman in the bedroom.

You should talk to your partner about it and work out ways to take a break when you are getting too excited. You might work on masturbating together and signalling your partner before you reach the point of no return. You can work together to improve your ability to control your pace, and use these skills during penetrative sex.
Your penis is probably no more sensitive than anyone else's; the issue is learning how to back off when you want to make the experience last longer.

masturbating before will usually help, but it may make you not able to *** during sex depending on how fast your body recharges. switching positions can help since different positions will stimulate you more or less then others. it can help to just pull out and do something else like oral and let your guy have a short break before going back at it.

yes tehre are desensitizing sparys creams and so forth however they work too well, don't bother after you use them you could probably slam yourself in the door and not realize it, I have several friend who have had their entire nights ruined by these things, I say take it slow learn to thrust till your close then back off, perhaps perform oral, ect.
