I am working in one of prestigious malls here in Manila, my problem is, my face is always getting dry when I am at work. The mall has air conditioned because the weather here is not good.

The A/C system actually removes moisture from the air. This is how...Air from the building is pumped through a duct that forces it through a set of coils. These coils look much like the radiator in the front of your car. The coils are very cold and when the warmer air passes over it the water condenses on the fins of the coil and drips down into a pan. Just think of breathing on a cold window or setting an ice cold drink down and the water beading up on the glass. So as this are passes through the cold coils the moisture is removed and the dryer colder air is pumped back into the building. If you are really curiouse if this is the reason your face is dry you can pick up a hydrometer and check whats called the relative humidity. This website gives some tips on checking to see if the humidity is too low. Check it out... http://www.blueflame.org/datasheets/humidity.html
That or you just have dry skin.

Air conditioning removes the humidity (moisture) from the air--that's why you get cool in air-conditioning. Alas, that's why your skin dries out, too! All the expensive moisturizing creams and lotions in the world won't help you in the long run so save your money.

Instead, try drinking more water and avoid sugary sodas (also, diet sodas). Also, tea and coffee dehydrate your whole body, so avoid them, too. Stick to water.

Hope this helps.

"In the broadest sense air conditioning can refer to any form of cooling, heating, ventilation or disinfection that modifies the condition of air, typically for thermal comfort.[1] The more common use of air conditioning is to mean cooling and often dehumidification of indoor air, typically via refrigeration."
-Wikipedia

Because air conditioners remove humidity from the air, it does tend to dry your skin out more. The best way to make sure your skin gets and stays healthy is to drink plenty of water and make sure you are taking Omega 3-6-9 oils. (the Omegas are healthy oils and they do AMAZING things for your hair, nails and eyes too!)
Hope this helps! :D

It sounds like the air conditioner is pulling moisture out of the air. Keep a bottle of lotion or moisturizer on hand and use it liberally when you can.

Good luck!
