Somewhere in the neighborhood of 200. to 300. and that's if you don't need a root canal by now. Also they have a new filling that is non-metal...have them use that. They are finding out that metal amalgums are bad for your brain.
Don't wait any longer...

This is sad. A hole in a tooth that exposes the root will eventually abcess. You need it pulled or a root canal performed to save the tooth while most of the structure is still in place and it can be used for a cap. Get your parents to take care of it. Try to get a medical card. Go see if a local college's dental program will handle you at reduced prices or for free. This has to be resolved. An abcess can cause an all-body infection. What would you do then?

I don't know how much it will cost, that depends where you live and the dentist you choose to go to. I would need to se your actually tooth and an x-ray to give you an accurate prognosis. You may not need to have that tooth extracted. Depending on how much tooth is left and if you have an infection would determine if you need a root canal, post, and crown, with an incrustation, or just a filling. If it's that big, a filling won't do. So once again, it's hard to tell just by describing it.

When I had an abscessed tooth removed, the dentist charged me $80. But this was about 15 years ago, and didn't entail going in to remove more chunks. It'll probably cost you more.

You might want to go ahead and get the tooth out: I doubt there is any way to save it.

cavitys are not too expensive but i could tell u this if u dont fix ur cavitys soon they will get bigger and bigger they dont just dissappear, and the bigger they get the worse it is for u and ur wallet, they could turn to bigger cavitys which will cost more or they could even turn into root canals! so trust me i work at a dental office and see alot of people who loose alot of teeth becaus ethey didnt fix them ahead of time..good luck and go to ur dentist!

i dont know exactly, but you may need that tooth with the big hole removed, and surgery like that can be expensive. including the other cavities, it'll range into the thousands, i'm sure.
