I am on a diet (lifestyle change, whatever) I eat healthier, and do track after school. I have a weird feeling that I am only going to gain muscle and not lose weight. I do eat three meals a day, and 2 snacks. I eat healthy foods, but somehow, it usually ends up around 2000 calories. I always get hungry after breakfast (typically bowl of kix cereal, fruit). Should I eat a bigger breakfast? I really want to lose 10 pounds, that's why I am doing track. But I am scared of only gaining muscle and not losing an weight.
So my questions are:
1. Will I lose weight, or only gain muscle (weight)?
2. What should I do about being hungry after breakfast?
