I have asked this before. But I'm panicking. I noticed recently one of my balls is much larger than the other one. My left is a little smaller than a walnut and my right one is bigger than a grape. The left one has always been bigger than the right one, but I noticed now it is much bigger. I never examined myself before, so I maybe have always been like this. I have no family history of testicular cancer, I feel fine, and I'm in no pain at all, plus I'm 15, so what are the chances it is actually testicular cancer?

One is generally always bigger than the other. One tends to hang lower too! If they appear to change size over a period of time, check with the doc. There is certainly no reason at the moment to start thinking of the big C word. However, at 15 it would be wise to start making a regular examination part of your routine.

A slight difference in size is normal, but one as a grape and one as a walnut seems more different than normal. Ii would have a doctor confirm Tel mom and dad to get an appointment. If your uncomfortable tell them it for something else and then when there talk to doctor alone.

It's normal actually, mine are like yours too... But i advice you to get some medical checkup for at least once a year... Coz a person never knew if they have cancer till they found it out when it started to pain...
So do not worry, its normal..

Don't worry to much, but if you are really worried ask a parent to take you to see a doctor, it might be a little embarrassing but you'll feel better once you know there is nothing wrong.

They are different sizes, one lower that the other, so that they don't squish together. Perfectly normal. Have your doctor check them on your next visit.

There's a disease where one of the veins swells up like spaghetti. It's not harmful.

Try switching hands when you play with yourself. The other one will swell up.

Yes, within reason. If it seems to be growing, then I'd have it checked out.
