Calve raises.
These are just where you raise your heels off the ground and hold that position. [Tiptoes]. Hold it for 7-15 seconds and do atleast 10 of them. It really helps if you add weight however.
Biking is another major way. If you bike at a good constant pace for a few times a week, your calves will gain quite a lot of definition.
I bike and play football and between calve raises and biking, I have nicely defined calves and legs. Your results may vary however.

Even though the rest of your body is skinny, the best way to slim your calves is through cardiovascular exercise such as running, biking, or swimming, because it burns the most fat. In addition, these exercises all tone the calves. Calf raises can also be done to strengthen your calves. Hold a weight (8-12 lbs, preferably) in one hand, and hold on to a pole or wall with the other. Raise your heel up as for as possible while keeping the toes on the ground. Hold for about 5 seconds. Do this until your calf gets tired, or about 20 reps. Repeat on the other leg, and then repeat the entire thing. Do this about 4 times a week. Still, remember that calves are supposed to be shapely! You don't want chicken legs!

I think the exercise where you stand up and down on tip toes stretches the calves. That may work the muscle but not burn the fat though.

Calve raises while holding a straight bar with probably 60-70 lbs worked for me.

i know how to strengthin your calve muscles but this will probably help slim it to. u put one of ur feet in front of the other flat on the ground and then the other foot that is in the back u len on the front half of ur foot and then lean ur boddy back. do it with one leg 4 about 2 min then switch to the oth leg. hope this helped.sorry im not that good at explaining!!!

As someone else said, you can't really target one part of your body--you need to lose overall weight. Calf size, for the most part, is genetic. Sure, you can make them somewhat bigger (but that's not what you want to do) but in general you got what you got.

you cant really choose a spot and say ok im going to lose weight ther...u have to lose overall weight...and good idea is too eat like 6 small meals a day and excercise more
