I think about death most of the times. not a day goes by when i dont and i just wonder why! i seem to have people who trully love me and im still not happy. had lots of bad experiences i thought i overcame. i just want this thoughts gone...any suggestions?


ps: I tried meds and they didnt work so i took myself off of them.

What is a good exercise for someone with weak knees. I used to do step and regular aerobics but I can not do this now as my knees are in bad shape and suggestions for exercises I can do. I do not have a pool so water exercises are not an option

The drug sensitivity of bacteria were detemined for western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that five kinds of bacterium take a large ratio. the rate of S. streptococcus、E coli、B.cereus、Streptococcus uberis and Staphylococcus aureus were 14.48%、13.57%、11.76%、11.31% and 7.69%；ciprofloxacin、Enrofloxacin and levofloxacin were extremely sentitive to these five pathogenic microorganisms especial ciprofloxacin. The result of two fold dilution indicated that the antibacterial activity of Fructus chebulae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhia、Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati、Radix Scutellariae、Herba Ephedrae、Flos Lonicerae、Fructus Forsythiae、Herba Taraxacion 5 pathogenic microorganisms much better, and their MIC reached 31 g/L or 63 g/L；The result of stiletto indicated that the antibacterial activity of Fructus Chebulae、Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae、Radix Scutellariae、Herba Taraxaci、Herba Ephedrae、Flos Lonicerae、Herba Taraxaci were moderate sensitive or extremely sensitive to 5 pathogenic microorganisms.The best Chinese medicinal herb compound was determined on the basises of results.

I am looking to get muscular in exactly 3.6 months. Thats all I got. I plan to follow a very hardcore, disiplined diet. My height is 5"6-5"-7, BMI- 20, and current weight is 120-130. I hope to get a chiseled six pack, nice triceps/biceps, etc. I will train 5 days a week, taking off Monday and Saturday. For lifting, I will lift heavy weight, low reps (dumbell 15/20) 6-8 reps, a huge number of moves, for about 50 minutes. For cardio, I will run two miles and do occasional swimming. I have a great ab routine as well. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO USE ANY SUPPLEMENTS ANDOR CREATINE. I have exactly 3.6 months. 3.6 months. I am very broad. So, if I do the above (disiplined diet) for 3.6 months, can I get what I am looking for? Thanks a bunch!

Alright, today I started to excercise. I'm 14 and I weight 208 lbs. I have a size 38 waist. I'm trying to be around 180 and hopefully a size 32 or 34 with a nice stomch and not bleh. What activities should I do to get rid of my stomach and get abs? I rode my bike with my friends for 3 hours today and I plan on doing that everyday. If I do this everday, how long should it take me to reach my goal? Will this work? Thank you guys! Every reply will help!

My feet always smell bad. Its really embarrassing. And they still smell bad after I've washed them. And also, they itch constantly in the same spots on the bottoms of my toes and heels no matter how many times I scrub those areas. I don't really have any peeling or anything like that. Any tips?

i have a friend who found out her partner is taking valtrex 3 times a day as needed for coldsores.....he told her that valtrex is prescribed once daily for life for those people with genital herpes and that he takes it 3 times a day when he feels like he is getting a cold sore.....is this information accurate????
