Does it matter? Like is one time better for increased metabolism than the other?

People say that exercising in the morning uses your fat reserves more than exericising in the evening, which just uses the energy you consumed from the foods you ate earlier.

To me, however, it's all the same. What I said earlier is somewhat based upon myth, and I'm not sure if it's true or not.

Walking or running in the morning gets your exercise out of the way so you don't make excuses, and also gets you revitalized and awake. If you cannot manage to do it in the morning, however, because you feel too tired, evening would do just as well.

morning works better because agter you eat your breakfast you can walk that off...then eat healthy throughout the day!
