Alright, today I started to excercise. I'm 14 and I weight 208 lbs. I have a size 38 waist. I'm trying to be around 180 and hopefully a size 32 or 34 with a nice stomch and not bleh. What activities should I do to get rid of my stomach and get abs? I rode my bike with my friends for 3 hours today and I plan on doing that everyday. If I do this everday, how long should it take me to reach my goal? Will this work? Thank you guys! Every reply will help!

Aslong as you are eating right, every bit of exercise you do should help you out. Lifting weights has really helped me shed off pounds and keep my waist slim. It is one of the best ways to burn calories. If you burn more calories then you consume, you will lose weight. As far as riding your bike 3 hours a day, it depends on the intensity. If you are taking care of the way you eat and getting a good workout, you should shed off about 2-3 lbs a week. It is important to stay hydrated and drink water whenever your body asks for it.

Exercise is great - keep that up. But you must also make sure that your calorie intake doesn't exceed how much you are burning. You should probably limit it to 1200-1500 calories per day. You will probably lose (on average) 2 lbs per week which will take about 14 weeks.

yeah, exercise daily and eat healthy. Limit or even remove sugar, soda, chips, and other unhealthy foods. If you do that, you will lose about 28 lbs, in about 4 months or so.. but it depends how much u will exercise.. good luck! =)
