Most people walk around slightly dehydrated. Severe dehydration can be serious because it can lead to chemical imbalances which may cause seizures. Dehydration is especially dangerous in children.

Dehydration is very dangerous, in hot weather and even more so in cold weather, it can lead to organ failure as well as heat stroke. The simplist way do gauge your hydration level is by looking at your urine, the darker and thicker it is the more dehydrated you are.

dehyrdration can be very serious , it can lead to passing out and dying in extreme cases.

It can be easy not to notice mild dehydration because it can be the lack of symptoms that tell its happening . LIke on a hot day you stop sweating. Drink a glass of water and you break out in a sweat.

You need about 8 glasses of water a day , more in hot ot very dry weather.

Yes, dehydration is dangerous. It can lead to heat exhaustion and/or heatstroke. You will know you are in trouble when you get extremely thirsty or parched. That means you haven't drank enough fluids.

Most people are dehydrated and don't even know it. You should drink half of your body's weight in ounces (oz). It sounds like a lot but I feel better when I drink enough (especially good water).

Very Dangerous, in fact you can die from it. It can happen to anybody, you just have to be careful, keep your fluids up especially if you have a long day outside or doing very physical work. Otherwise you can end up in the hospital pretty quick with a saline drip.

Sorry to be TMI, but check your pee. More yellow means more dehydration. It can go as dark as brown, but that's extreme. It should look light yellow to clear for best conditions.
