I am looking to get muscular in exactly 3.6 months. Thats all I got. I plan to follow a very hardcore, disiplined diet. My height is 5"6-5"-7, BMI- 20, and current weight is 120-130. I hope to get a chiseled six pack, nice triceps/biceps, etc. I will train 5 days a week, taking off Monday and Saturday. For lifting, I will lift heavy weight, low reps (dumbell 15/20) 6-8 reps, a huge number of moves, for about 50 minutes. For cardio, I will run two miles and do occasional swimming. I have a great ab routine as well. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO USE ANY SUPPLEMENTS ANDOR CREATINE. I have exactly 3.6 months. 3.6 months. I am very broad. So, if I do the above (disiplined diet) for 3.6 months, can I get what I am looking for? Thanks a bunch!

You might see some difference, but it takes time to develop muscle and get toned.

You should invest in a personal trainer.

I work out six days a week for an hour and a half, sometimes two hours with my trainer. I saw a huge difference with my body in six months.
