i wear pads and have never worn a tampon...do they hurt? are they uncomfortable?

and it was my first time, then I smoke another one like an hour later, and thats it....I dont think its that bad, I just inhale and puff the smoke out real quick.... will this affect me, If I smoke 3 or 4 cigarrettes every weekend, will it affect me in the long run?
Remember, Im not inhaling all the way in...

I'm almost 16 years old and extremelly in shape from playing soccer year round and track but over the past few weeks ive been doing alot of both and have had no energy to run at all i feel like im out of shape. i know this is most likely from overworking although i should be able to handle it since ive handled worse but i have a track meet tomorrow and run 400 in a relay and do not want to let my team down. is there anything i can do quickly that will help me in my race tomorrow other than rest??

Hey guys, I have been getting kinda sick lately, but it's not normal sick. It seems like every time I drink a coke or eat something sweet, my body later "crashes". It's usually several hours afterwards, but it can vary. I usually began having increased heartbeat, a little heavy breathing, and then my mind begins changing. Sometimes I'll just begin to think things that I have no control over, like math problems or random thoughts. This usually begins a sweating and I worry that I may die. It should be said, however, that I do have OCD and hypoglycemia and diabetes do run in my family. Is all this part of hypoglycemia or perhaps part of a panic attack. Anyways, I'd really like to get to the bottom of this and maybe figure out what I need to do to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I've had it for as long as I can remember but I just have noticed that it has gotten a little bit bigger and is quite visible. It doesn't hurt and feels like bone. Or something hard. It's located behind my ear, on the side of my head, close to my hair line. I was wondering if anyone else knows about this or what it's called..I was researching it and couldn't find anything. I think I might of heard of them..maybe, I think they might be caused by stress..not sure though. I'll most likely get it checked out but for now I was just wondering. Thanks :)

I am starting to see that I may have an odd period pattern...I go exactly 28 days from one month to the next and then the next month I am almost a week and a half late.I have only started tracking my period for the past 6 months,but its making this pattern.I am engaged and am involved with sexual activity.We use condoms everytime,and I am soon to be getting on birth control...I have used it before,but had severe side effects and am working with my Dr to deside whats right for me.What I want to know is,have any other woman delt with a pattern like this?From tracking sexual activity,I am at a very low risk of pregnancy for this month.I do feel as I will start my period soon.Just curious if other woman have delt with this...Thanks!

I just started to take birth control and I followed the directions and took it the sunday after my period started, if your period starts on a sunday then the directions say start on a sunday and that is what i did, but I have been on my period for 3 going on 4 weeks now should I call the doctor or is my body just trying to adjust?

I've been dealing with jealousy ever since I can remember. Ever since I was a kid (the youngest) I always felt jealous urges against siblings, then into my first real relationship that lasted two years then ended because of my jealousy. And now, I cant stay in a relationship because I dont trust myself to not get jealous or I guess possessive over someone I care about strongly...stupid things set me off all the time, and the funny thing is is that I know they're stupid, so why cant I control them. It's gotten to the point where I dont want to go out anymore, I dont talk to a girl I am falling for because I dont want to feel the feelings of possessiveness and jealousy, but I cant control them. So my question is, are there any medical treatments for this kind of behavior?

i work out everyday, i drink more than 80 ounces of water a day, before i started taking my multi-vitamins, my urine was clear..but when i started taking my vitamins my urine is always bright yellow..maybe lime-ish color. once my doctor said urine is supposed to be clear..

is this happening because of the multi-vitamins?

I got my lip pierced on my left side about 3-4 weeks ago. My best friend came along with me to get hers done too. However the guy that did our piercings did not give us any care instructions...now granid i do have my belly button and nose done but that was months ago so i dont remember what to do. Now my best friends boyfriend works at that SAME tattoo shop so he told her everything and she neglected to tell me everything. I did the best i could with ignoring it all together but i'm guessing i keep hitting in my sleep and im not cleaning it properly but i've gotten scar tissue around the outside and redness. Now i dont really care if i get a bump there with it its just i really want to know if the redness will go away. Is there anything i can do to make the redness go away?!? Please help!!!!
