You're great!!!!! What a thoughtful boyfriend. . .
Orthotics are a great (but expensive) idea. Long-term standing in heels, though, can damage not only your feet (toes start to go in weird directions), but also your back. I strongly recommend that she talk to an orthopedist (sp?) if she plans to stay at this job.
Short term, soaking her feet in a warm water and epsom salt solution will help ease the pain. She should also consider sleeping with a pillow under her feet at night to ease any swelling and get the blood flowing back the right direction after a day on her feet in heels. Dr. Scholls and some other companies make gel inserts that you can place in high heels -- they cushion the ball of your foot where the weight is distributed. Getting a massage (for her back) sometimes will also help with pain management. But these are all short-term solutions -- for a long-term one, she needs to see a doctor about getting orthotics.
You're a real peach for thinking about her! Good luck.

She should get gel inserts to start. Those will help with sore feet. Just let her relax when she gets home and get a water massager for her feet.

Run her a nice hot bath, and when she gets out of the bath, give her a good foot massage, and back massage. she will love you for it, and it will help with the sorness in her feet and back.

You are what a boyfriend needs to be. Anyways, see if you can help her find comfortable dress shoes or get her gel insoles. Also, ice packs REALLY help along with warm water soaks that have some fragrance salts in them.

Massage, feet and back. Also, take her shopping for lower heeled shoes. You can find dress shoes with low heels.

first of all let me say this is so sweet. your a caring guy and i wish there was more like you...
but anyways my mom had a job like that..she had bed knees in the first place but the job made it worse. but when she got alot of pain she would take a long long warm bath and rest as much as possible. I know they have like heat pads for backs and feet and stuff. but i hope her job gets better! and thanks for being so sweet about it!

foot massages can never hurt, but if you're looking for a more permenant solution, get botox injections in your heels. you won't feel the pain nor the pressure the high heels put on your feet. seriously.

You should run a bubble bath for her to relax her whole body, while shes in the tub give her a soothing oil massage, and when she gets out of the bath give her a foot massage while asking her about her day. trust me she'll enjoy it.
good luck
have fun!

Every woman loves a massage... You could also buy her one of those machines that massages her feet or a heated foot bath.

To uncover a female friend? You have got to be determined. Anyhoo, simply be your self. If she does not like that, then she's no longer correct for you. Be your self guy!!! Girls love men who're constantly their selves. Good Luck!!!!
