Okay. First youu need to get off the meat. Become a vegetarian for a short period of time.. try it for about a year. It's a good idea because meats have lots fats in it. Don't do something crazy like becoming bulemic or anything because that just hurts you. Eat healthy and #1 way to loose extra weight- DON'T EAT JUNK FOOD!!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I cut refined carbs (white or "bleached" bread, pasta, crackers, rice, sugar, etc) from my diet for 2 weeks and lost about 10 lbs. This is mostly because refined carbs cause your body to hold water and most of what you'll lose in that 2 weeks is water weight, not neccessarily fat. But if you're simply looking to slide into a weight division, that's one way to do it.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

There's always the amphetamine and cigarette diet. Not real good for you but it melts off the weight like magic.
Breakfast: Meth and coffee.
Lunch: Meth and a beer (if you're hard-core, make it a light beer.)
Dinner: Meth and hallucinations.
Two weeks will melt 20-40 Lbs or kill you graveyard dead.

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
