I always hear that muscle burns fat. Yet I am VERY muscular AND very fat. Whenever I try to lose weight, I end up gaining because I build muscle but don't burn the fat. I've grown desperate and I'm considering lipo, but I hope there's another way.
I've been dancing for about an hour everyday (latin/tropical-very cardio) and thought I'd lost some weight, but this morning I weighed 2 pounds MORE. I also follow a low carb diet, which worked before but it's doing NOTHING now. I've also being working at an eliptical trainer. NOTHING. What can I do?
