The easiest would be to cut your current eating in half and eat more meals per day. Make sure they're healthy. Avoid steak and red meats like the plague. Cut back on the soda as well. This should assist you in losing a good bit of weight.

The best and easiest was the shapeworks diet I used, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just to go to myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

The easiest plan....
Take a 20 minute jog each morning, if that is too hard, start with 5 minutes, then work your way up
After the jog, instead of eating pancakes or anything fattie, make yourself some oatmeal, or a fruit smoothie. LIGHT FOOD is the key!!
During the day, eat healthy things. Make good choices. Avoid all kinds of candy and fast food. It may be hard... but if you want to lose weight. This is the way to go!! Also, eat many salads and seafood is great too! Even sushi!!
Do not eat past 8pm. It may be hard, but it will affect you a lot.
Also, try to fit in going to the gym a few times a week in addition to your morning runs!!
Good luck, tell me if this works :)

Okay, do NOT starve yourself, bad idea. If you really want to lose weight, eat one bowl of cereal or a low-fat yogurt for breakfast. Eat a sandwich, and a fruit for lunch with NO snack in between, and if you really need a snack because you forgot breakfast or something then when you reach for it think in your head "Do i really need this?" If no then put it away. Have a nice dinner and a cookie or something small for dessert, that's like the easiest way. I know this because my mother gave me this exact same diet and she is a nutritionist so if it'll work on me, it'll work on you. I hope I'm of help!

Before every meal drink an entire eight ounce glass of water and try to drink at least sixty four ounces of water a day. That will make you eat less and hydrate you. Stay away from soda too, even diet.

I've always been a fan of Weight Watchers. The system makes sense, and you don't need to starve or deprive yourself of the foods you love. As far as exercise, running is generally the best way to lose weight. Read this to get an idea of things you SHOULDN'T do. (Only as far as exercise, not dieting)

Your body gets lazy at burning fat due to the simple carbs you eat. Carbs are easier for your body to convert to energy. The idea of a low carb diet it to get your body used to using up your fat storage as energy instead. The best way is to increase your protein intake, increase the amount of fat you eat and decrease the amount of carbs. Start looking into low carb diets. This means you have to keep track of what you eat. Sugars in juices count as carbs, its not just bread, and bagels.

Portion control is everything! the only things i recommend cutting out completely is pop and fast food, other than than don't deprive yourself of anything, just eat correct portion sizes. write down everything you eat, the amount, and calories. drink water like crazy, 80+ oz. per day for weight loss. Eat lots of vegetables and only about 3 servings of carbohydrates per day. whenever possible, measure you're food so you get used to what a correct portion size looks like, then it'll be easier to eye ball it when you're out to eat. try to get in atleast 30 minutes of cardio per day. Good luck!
