We haven't had the scale in our house for like a month and i'm worried that I gained weight. But my pants are still fitting and my clothes are too but does that generally mean i'm the same weight as before?

Pants size:3-5(size 5 is rarely for me because it depends on store sizes)
Height:5ft 4.5inches
Weight:120lbs
Age:16(17 tommorow)

P.S. I did start my period for the very first time last month if that helps.

I have had the same problem as you. I haven't had a scale for about half a year, and I did gain a little. Though, you shouldn't worry. If your in the ages of 10-18 you're still growing, and a weight gain is only from that. If your clothes fit, you have nothing to worry about. But if you feel like your gaining weight, be more active. Springs here!!

No, just because you fit into your clothes does not mean you haven't gained weight. When I went into rehab, I gained about 20 pounds ! And I could still squeeze into my size 2. It all depends on WHERE you gain the weight.

From my experience, it does mean that u got fit in ur clothes ur still the same weight. ur clothes could have expanded or shrinked. Using measuring tape to measuer your waist or arm could b another alt . den u can know if you are gaining weight. ^_^

Most likely, you only gained a couple of pounds.
