READ THE LABELS!!!!!!!
I would say that 99% of lotions on the market have Water as the first ingredient. Water is great to drink but will dry your skin even more. You want a lotion what will help protect as well as nourish your skin.Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Bees' Wax, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamin E Are what you want on your skin not water or alcohol. Or try 100% Pure shea butter

Thankfully Spring is here so enough of the dry skin we're all having!
Have you tried shea butter? Johnson & Johnson's Nourishing Renewal Lotion with oils and shea butter is great. Another option might be to put baby oil on your legs and/or cover that with some lotion.
Shea butter also comes in bath products so you may want the J & J shea butter body wash or you could soak in a bathtub with bath oils from Calgon or something.

Wash you legs with warm water and apply olive oil and gently massage the legs. Allow the oil to soak in. Do this regularly everyday and you will get rid of this problem. Do not wash the oil of with soap solution but to avoid messing, use a socks or towel and other long pyjamas. YOu will have a glowing skin in less than 10 days. Good luck.

use a soap or body wash that has moisturizer in it. another good idea would be to put on lotion right after you get out of the shower (your skin will absorb the lotion better). and it would probably help to get a lotion that says something on it like "for very dry skin" or something, places like bath and body works have tons of different moisturizers too. God bless!
