First I would have to know what "everything" covers. Bad breath can be caused by an empty stomach, foods such as onions, garlic, cabbage, etc, some medications--especially those that may cause dry mouth, decayed teeth, periodontal (gum) disease, food debris left between the teeth...I'm sure there are many other causes. I would definitely suggest regular brushing---2-3 times per day, and brush your tongue too! Floss at least once a day. If you haven't had your teeth cleaned professionally, then that is a must. See your dental hygienist and dentist at least twice a year. Good luck

First, I'd go see my Dentist. It's possible there's a tooth that needs some dental work.
If you get a clean bill of health from your Dentist, my next step would be to go to the local health food store & buy a supplement called "Chlorophyll". Take according to directions. It will detoxify your body & remove bad breath, foot odor and/or body odor.
It's very healing & good for the body. It's good for skin conditions such as acne, also.

I don't know what you've tried. If you haven't seen a dentist in less than 6 months see one now. If you smoke, stop. My dad has really bad periodontal disease and while he sees a dentist and does what he can, his breath will always be bad, worse at some times than others.
It could be your stomach, try having some tums after you eat.

Brush your tongue! Sometimes a white tongue can mean you're dehydrated, so try drinking lots of water. I don't really use mouthwash, but you can try that. Chew gum to at least make your breath smell minty. Don't eat foods that will make your breath smell bad either. For the acid reflux, there's pills or other things you can take to calm it.

Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamon chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. could be tonsils and adenoids, my son had the worst breath in the world. He had them taken out and that solved the problem. It could also be something wrong with the stomach. There is a pill that you can take for bad breath. consult your doctor and talk to them about this. It could be an easy fix.
